This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our construction management platform, website, iOS and Android mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing information.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and referring URLs.

Device & Technical Information

We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location data derived from your IP address.

Content You Provide

This includes job data, scheduling information, crew details, equipment records, invoices, documents, photos, and any other content you upload or create within the Service.

Location, Camera & Photos (Mobile App)

When you use our mobile applications, and only with your permission, we collect precise location (GPS) to tag job sites and mark utility-locate boundaries on a map, and we access your device camera and photo library so you can capture and attach photos to jobs, tasks, daily logs, and locates. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; revoking them may limit related features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process transactions and send related billing information
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Within Your Organization: Information you enter into the Service is accessible to other authorized users within your company account, based on role-based permissions set by your account administrator.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication protocols, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the web app or the iOS or Android app. Deleting your account immediately revokes your access and erases your personal profile. If you are the only member of your company, deleting your account also permanently deletes the company and all of its data, and cancels any active subscription. Where you created records within a shared company, those records are retained in anonymized form (shown as "Deleted User") so the company's books remain intact, except where we are required to retain them as described above.

You may also request deletion by emailing support@construxionpro.com. We will process verified requests within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain as described above.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Data Portability: Request an export of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
