ConstruxionPro, LLC ("ConstruxionPro," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our construction management platform, website, iOS and Android mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and referring URLs.
In the web app, we may also record sessions: how you move through its screens, so we can find and fix problems. Recordings hide what you type, dollar amounts, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Device & Technical Information
We collect device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address. On our website, we also use your IP address to estimate your general location (such as your country) for visitor statistics. When something goes wrong in the Service, we also collect an error report (what failed and where) so we can fix it.
Content You Provide
This includes job data, scheduling information, crew details, equipment records, invoices, documents, photos, and any other content you upload or create within the Service.
Camera, Photos & Location
Our mobile applications ask for permission to use your camera and photo library so you can take photos and attach them to tasks, jobs, inspections, permits, and locates. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; revoking them may limit related features.
The mobile applications don't use your device's location. Job-site locations and locate boundaries come from the addresses you enter and the points you place on a map. Before a photo leaves your phone, the mobile applications remove any location data your camera saved in it.
In the web app, when you add a photo to a traffic-control daily record, we read the date, time, and location saved in the photo, if any, and store them with the record to document the setup. Other photos you upload through the web app may keep the location data your camera saved in them.
Notifications
If you allow notifications in a mobile application, we store a notification token for your device, along with the device type, device name, and app version, so we can send you alerts. We delete it when you sign out, turn notifications off in the app, or delete your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and send related billing information
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support. They include Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which deliver mobile notifications; Google Maps, which displays maps and looks up addresses; PostHog, which records how the Service and our website are used, including web app session recordings and error reports; and Anthropic, which processes the requests you make of the AI assistant, along with the job information it needs to answer them. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Within Your Organization: Information you enter into the Service is accessible to other authorized users within your company account, based on role-based permissions set by your account administrator.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication protocols, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
To delete your Construxion Pro account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Construxion Pro app for iOS or Android, or in the web app at app.construxionpro.com. You may also request deletion by emailing support@construxionpro.com. We will process verified requests within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain as described below.
Deleting your account immediately revokes your access and erases your personal profile. If you are the only member of your company, deleting your account also permanently deletes the company and all of its data, and cancels any active subscription. Where you created records within a shared company, those records are retained in anonymized form (shown as "Deleted User") so the company's books remain intact, except where we are required to retain them as described below.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Data Portability: Request an export of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Service.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
