Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

An active job is any job that isn't marked as completed or archived. Once you close out a job, it no longer counts against your limit but remains accessible in your history.

All plans currently include unlimited users, divisions, and crews — add your whole company. We may introduce seat-based pricing in the future; if we do, existing customers will be grandfathered into their current limits.

Yes. All plans offer roughly a 20% discount when you choose annual billing. That's like getting over two months free every year.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
